Dr Zak Wins Mr Cyprus Heavyweights 2008 IFBB Body Building Contest

Dr Zak Pallikaros has done it again! The man beat off stiff competition and is the new IFBB Heavyweight king. Well done Super-Zak!

Sword puts on 9 kgs in 5 days!

Following his placing at the Mr London contest 2008, LA Muscle's in-house body builder "Sword" went on to eat his way back to somewhere close to his previous weight. He managed to put on 9 kgs in 5 days! In fact on the 7th day he was almost 11 kgs heavier. Unbelievable, huh?

The "Sword" did this with a combination of carb-rich foods, proteins and LA Muscle supplements such as Platinum, LA Whey and Explosive Creatine... oh and some chocolate and crisps thrown in!

LA Muscle's "Sword" Runner Up at UKBFF South East 2008

Having won Mr London 3 times in a row, LA Muscle body builder entered the 2008 UKBFF South East body building show hoping for a 4th win. On this occasion it was not meant to be. Sword was runner up (to big boos and general chants of him being robbed of first place) at the event. Runner up or not, Sword has an amazing physique and will no doubt re-capture his title next year.

We did a beautiful photoshoot with Rob "Hollywood" Riches using a £150 camera! Yes our cameraman showed up at the shoot without his camera!

Gladiators halfway though filming
