Pedal Spin Studio on the Hollywood Extra- LA Muscle TV
Group exercise has been popular by many fitness enthusiasts for decades as a way to keep fit within a group. One of the most popular classes in recent years as been group spinning, although the concept has been around for the past twenty years.
Cindy Bell has built up quite a following at her 'Pedal Spin Studio' in Southern California, whereby along with her motivating instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal, and with no complicated moves to learn, getting in the best shape of your life has never been more fun!
PEDAL has two state-of-the-art fitness studios in Montrose and Rancho Cucamonga. Regardless of how fit, flexible or coordinated you are, spinning is a great way to get a fantastic workout, and can be done by people of all fitness levels.
Hollywood Extra is invited into an early morning class to show all the benefits of spinning, and how you can burn up to 500 calories in a 45-minute class.

The Circle Valley Super & Classic Car Show on The Hollywood Extra with Rob Riches
Hollywood Extra is back at the largest car meet in California to talk with the owners of some of the fastest, rarest, and most expensive cars on the planet, and no sooner than when we arrive we come across a car
with not only more racing history than any other car we've featured, but is also the first production car that even nearly half a century later, is still one that can hold it's own against many of today's super cars.
The car is the much loved AC Cobra, perhaps best known by today's generation as the car in the movie "Bad Boys".

Since Rob 'Hollywood' Riches moved to LA to follow his dream as a professional fitness model, he's enjoyed success not only in some of the biggest fitness magazines such as Muscle and Fitness, and Ironman, he's also continued his winning streak on stage, adding to title collection; America's Best Body, 2 Pro Fitness Card's, and came 2'nd in the World Muscle Model competition last year.

Su-Elise is perhaps best known for being part of the UK’s biggest all-girl R’n’B group – Mis-Teeq, but since the group went their separate ways in 2005, Su-Elise has continued her passions in the arts and entertaining industry by opening her stage school in Kent, England, as well as enjoying much success in presenting across a range of different programs such as the ‘Flava Music Channel’, ‘Dance off Awards’, and even ‘Virgin Mobile BITES’.
LA Muscle TV caught up with Su-Elise for an exclusive interview and to follow her around Hollywood for a day, as she reveals how she keeps fit through dance and stretching, as well as taking us on a tour around the famous Kodak Theatre, only days around from the Oscars being held there.
All of the roads within a mile-radius of the Kodak Theatre have been closed to the public as they prepare for one of the biggest Oscar ceremonies in its history. Su-Elise shows us around the event where many of the biggest names in Film, Music and Fashion will be photographed and interviewed by the World’s Press, including touching upon some Hollywood Trivia, revealing some of the lesser-known named-stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and you’ll never guess who she picks as her date to the Oscars.
