Bodybuilder gone Ballroom- Lauren Powers on LA Muscle TV

We've seen a few changes and transformations take place here on LA Muscle.TV, but none perhaps quite as extreme as this one!Whilst familiar to having to drop weight for past competitions, never has Bodybuilding Diva, Lauren Powers, had to shed nearly 40 pounds of muscle to compete before, but this is unlike any other stage Lauren has stepped on before.
Now the outfit required is something different altogether. Used to wearing little more than a thong and a bikini, Lauren now has to switch skin for glamor as she sports two very different looks than she's been used to showing on stage!

We are of course talking about Lauren's switch from Bodybuilding to Ballroom, as she competes at a national-level ballroom dancing competition in Southern California, competing in over 20 different dances, including the Rumba, Paso Doble, Cha Cha, Rumba, Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, and Quickstep.

As always Lauren provides us with an insightful look at what goes on behind the scenes of what is fast becoming one of the most popular programs on television, as well as a great way to stay fit and active, as well as explains the difference between the range of dances she's required to perform well at throughout the day, and introduces us to both of her instructors that have helped her from Muscle Diva, to Dancing Queen.
