Alicia Marie: Bikini Basics part 1- Hollywood Extra
Fitness champion and model Alicia Marie has been a fitness and health contributor on various television and radio programs such as Good Day New York, the WB11 morning news, MSNBC and MAXIM radio.
Alicia Marie has been able to develop her love of performance and her knowledge and experience in the health and fitness industry into national recognition as a spokesmodel, fitness athlete, magazine columnist and expert. As the first ever Ms. Muscle & Fitness 2006, Alicia has appeared on the pages of Muscle & Fitness magazine, HERS, Flex magazine, Ironman, Musclemag, Planet Muscle, Fitness, SELF, O Magazine, Glamour, Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness and most recently on the covers of Fitness RX for women and Oxygen magazine. As a freelance fitness writer, her articles, dating advice column and workouts have appeared in numerous publications such as Mens Health and Mens Edge magazines.
Alicia invited LA Muscle TV for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at her latest photo shoot with top physique photographer, Robert Reiff, as she shoots for her latest entrepreneurial collaboration with Elisabetta Rogiani, celebrated couture fitness designer, for her own clothing label, before allowing the cameras to follow her into TRAIN gym in West Hollywood to show us some of her favorite exercises that help keep her at the top.
Ms. Marie made her mark in the competitive arena by capturing numerous regional, national and international titles such as Ms. Bikini Universe 2004 - beating over 115 candidates from all over the world and taking the overall. Alicia was also a top finisher in the Canadian International Fitness Championships, an event considered in the industry to be one of the most competitive national-level fitness performance competitions in the world.
And if your thinking that Fitness is the only thing on Alicia's mind, think again!Alicia graduated with Honors and Distinction from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Neuroscience and Psychology. She has studied writing for broadcast news and reporting at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism and is currently studying nutrition at Columbia Universitys Teachers College affiliate, IIN.

Mission possible with Jennifer Nicole Lee- LA Muscle TV
Hollywood Extra first met with Celebrity Fitness Model, Jennifer Nicole Lee, in Los Angeles at the end of last year, as she took us behind the scenes of her Ironman photo shoot, and showed us around the likes ofthe world-famous Gold's gym, and Rodeo Drive.
Well this time, we met with Jennifer in Miami on the set of her latest multi-million dollar photo shoot, including private jets, helicopters, fast cars and sport bikes, plus over $60,000 worth of clothing andaccessories, and that’s not mentioning the huge million dollar diamond loaned to her by Tiffany.
In the first of this 3-part, behind-the-scenes exclusive photo shoot, Jennifer recreates shots from the classic 'James Bond' era of spy's and espionage. Photographed by noted fashion and glamour photographer, Mike Brochu, Jennifer leaves nothing out of the mix. Even though security was on hand to protect what's in the briefcase, Jennifer was protected, with her own bodyguard, Pitbull dog, plus, she even had a gun on hand!
This really is getting up close and personal with one of the biggest names in fitness, as she shows how to do things in style!

Santa Pod: The Fast Show 2009, Part 2- LA Muscle.TV
This is the second part to the Santa Pod Fast Show that all you petrol head, boy racing adrenalin junkies have all been waiting for. After seeing all the amazing cars and stunts in the first episode, this show brings you even more incredible action.
The thrill ride passenger dragster, more Fireforce jet cars, the space hopper bouncing competition and loads and loads of sexy girls on the NUTS stage. Check out the show cars, which looked like they had just rolled off the set of Pimp My Ride.
Just to warn you, this is not a show for the faint hearted as one scene towards the end does contain a tiny bit of semi-nudity!

Sherry Goggin- Miss Fitness America photoshoot
Sherry Goggin, a Ms. Fitness America Champion from Tennessee, is more than your typical fitness model. She possess a look that conveys both athleticism and feminine beauty, with a B.S. Degree in Business Finance.
Sherry is an international Fitness Champion and is one of modelling's top fitness stars. She moved to California after college, and after seven months of hard training, placed 3rd at the California Coast Championships, and won the Serge Nubret Bodybuilding Championships. Sherry didn't care much for bodybuilding, as it didn't give her the chance to present herself as a woman in heels and show of her feminine side.
Sherry is a business entrepreneur, owned a Gold's Gym, Post Store, Alternative Motorsports, Health Food Store, and Dynasty Women's Fitness Center in Las Vegas. Mindi Smith- beautiful fitness model exclusively on LA Muscle TV
Fitness and Glamour model, Mindi Smith, has always been very active, first starting in ballet, jazz, tap, and gymnastic classes along with running cross country, track & field, basketball, and volleyball before getting a personal trainer and learning more about health and fitness.
Once turning 20, Mindi decided she needed a change and packed up her things and headed south to Fort Lauderdale, FL, where she applied for her real estate license and began a career working for developers in high-rise residential condominiums throughout the state of Florida. While selling real estate, she also modelled part time and continued building her career in the fitness world. In 2008, she decided to make another big move and packed up yet again and drove across country to Orange County, CA, where she soon became a certified personal trainer, taking part in all the big fitness expos throughout the country, and is now considering competing in the Pro Bikini division within the WBFF World Finals later this year in September.
Mindi's hard work has paid off, and she has landed some great opportunities with features and pictorials in numerous major fitness magazines and websites which have all helped towards establishing her as a premiere glamour and fitness model.

Mary Jarmolowich shares her training tips on LA Muscle TV
There was much demand after we showed an exclusive interview with Pro bikini model and premier Vegas host Mary Jarmolowich, that we just had to meet up with her again, this time at Gold's gym in Las Vegas, as she trains towards the World Fitness Model finals in September 2009. Mary reveals the secrets to her amazing six pack, as well as what she's working on to ensure she has every chance possible on stage to take the title.
