Ultra fit Kerstin Schulze-Norman on the Hollywood Extra
We're not stranger to big names and top physiques at LA Muscle TV, and lately, Hollywood Extra has been catching up with some of the biggest names in fitness. Our latest feature is on Kerstin Schulze-Norman, an ex athlete, turned competitor and fitness model, and now turning her talents towards stunt work and the movies.
We met up with Kerstin at her private training studio in Manhattan Beach, California to see how she prepares for her up coming photo shoots, and it's not quite as you'd have imagined. Kerstin displays some true meaning of fitness, as she shows why balance is the key, working out with the latest range of fitness offerings from the likes of TRX Suspension cables, and PowerPlate, including how jumping on a trampoline for 5 minutes after cardio can be beneficial for women.
Plus, not only does Kerstin hold the record for being the tallest figure competitor in the US, but she's also a mother of 3! Find out her she manages to balance such discipline with a family life, and learn some of the tricks that helps her keep lean and mean throughout the year!

Mindi Smith- beautiful fitness model exclusively on LA Muscle TV
Fitness and Glamour model, Mindi Smith, has always been very active, first starting in ballet, jazz, tap, and gymnastic classes along with running cross country, track & field, basketball, and volleyball before getting a personal trainer and learning more about health and fitness.
Once turning 20, Mindi decided she needed a change and packed up her things and headed south to Fort Lauderdale, FL, where she applied for her real estate license and began a career working for developers in high-rise residential condominiums throughout the state of Florida. While selling real estate, she also modelled part time and continued building her career in the fitness world. In 2008, she decided to make another big move and packed up yet again and drove across country to Orange County, CA, where she soon became a certified personal trainer, taking part in all the big fitness expos throughout the country, and is now considering competing in the Pro Bikini division within the WBFF World Finals later this year in September.
Mindi's hard work has paid off, and she has landed some great opportunities with features and pictorials in numerous major fitness magazines and websites which have all helped towards establishing her as a premiere glamour and fitness model.

Want to compete in a Fitness/ bodybuilding show or become a top Fitness Model but have no idea how to? Then a FAME CAMP is for you! FAME realizes that there is
nowhere for athletes to go to get help or advise on how to step on stage or break into the fitness industry whether you are a bodybuilder or a Fitness Model. There are so many athletes who have the potential to become the next big name but don't follow their dreams because they don't know how to.
At a FAME CAMP seminar you will be taught everything you need to know about stepping on stage to compete, how to pose in front of a camera, diet tips, how to conduct yourself on stage and much much more.These camps are very popular in the USA and worldwide but there has not been one fitness camp in the whole of the UK...until now!
What is a FAME Camp?
FAME camps are seminars that help to ensure you understand everything about competing.They are hosted by FAME Pro athletes usually in a gym studio for 3-4hrs and will cover everything from posing on stage, what outfits to wear, make-up & hair advise, tanning tips, what the judges are looking for, how to break into the fitness modelling industry and more.
It is for both men & women. FAME camps are also available for athletes who have already competed but would like to improve their posing, stage presence and get other tips on
competing.It is a great way to improve your confidence on stage and in front of the camera and you get to meet other athletes who are beginners too.We also advise those who want to get into the Fitness Modelling on how to get in touch with agencies and how to conduct yourself at interviews.
All athletes who attend the FAME camp will get a free FAME Fitness magazine (only available in the USA).
