We did a very nice shoot with this year's winner of the LA Muscle BNBF Central 2008 Show Sarah Meek. This lady has a fantastic body, great arms, shoulders, back and abs. She is also a terrific poseur and very much in tune with her body. Full photos on the LA Muscle web site here.
