The Sword wins Mr London for the 4th time, LA Muscle TV

After placing 2nd at last years UKBFF, "Sword" was more determined than ever this year to win back his title. "Sword" is truly in the best shape he has ever been and he knocks the judges for six with his fantastic posing routine.
